Purchase Terms

The Spade Skin Care Purchase Terms ("Purchase Terms") govern the terms of sale for any products or services purchased from Spade Skin Care. Certain products or services may also be subject to additional terms and policies. By purchasing from us, you agree to these Purchase Terms, any applicable additional sales terms, and Spade Skin Care’s Terms and Conditions, which include an arbitration provision and a waiver of class-action claims. These Purchase Terms are considered Additional Terms under the Terms and Conditions.

Offers of Products and Services

Spade Skin Care reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. We may limit, prohibit, or cancel orders for products or services at our sole discretion. If an order is canceled or limited, we will attempt to notify you via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Spade Skin Care may refuse or cancel orders, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your payment method has been charged. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order and may implement these restrictions on accounts using the same payment method or billing/shipping address.

Receiving an order confirmation does not signify Spade Skin Care’s acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders after they are received. Additionally, we may fulfill orders with reduced quantities or require additional verification before confirming your purchase.

Prices and Payment

Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products or services at any time. If a product or service is listed with an incorrect price or description due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount, including taxes. If your payment cannot be verified, your order may be canceled.

Our treatments are elective, non-insured procedures. Payment is due prior to services being rendered, and Spade Skin Care does not submit claims to insurance providers. Customers are solely responsible for any fees and taxes associated with their purchases.

Chargebacks

A chargeback is a reversal of a payment made using your payment method. If you dispute a charge without contacting us first, Spade Skin Care reserves the right to cancel pending orders and pursue remedies under applicable law. If you initiate a chargeback and it is deemed unnecessary, you may be held responsible for the amount of the chargeback, along with any associated fees. Please contact us immediately if you believe a charge was made in error.

Services

Spade Skin Care offers a variety of aesthetic services. Details about each service can be found on our website under FAQs. We require customers to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions to ensure optimal results. Non-compliance may result in additional treatments or charges for which the customer is responsible.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of any prepaid services associated with the booking.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Treatments included as complimentary with other purchases are non-refundable and have no monetary value. Should Spade Skin Care, at its sole discretion, decide to issue a refund, such refunds may only be issued as store credit. Unused or unrendered treatments cannot be transferred to another customer.
